330 Java Tips

Java is a programming language originally developed by Sun Microsystems and released in 1995. Java applications are typically compiled to bytecode, although compilation to native machine code is also possible. At runtime, bytecode is usually either interpreted or compiled to native code for execution, although direct hardware execution of bytecode by a Java processor is also possible.

The language, widely considered to be the most popular platform for web development, derives much of its syntax from C and C++ but has a simpler object model and fewer low-level facilities. JavaScript, a scripting language, shares a similar name and has similar syntax, but is not directly related to Java.

Sun Microsystems provides an open source implementation of a Java compiler and Java virtual machine and most of the class library in compliance with the specifications of the Java Community Process, available under the terms of the GNU General Public License.

Having said that you’re limited to only 10 ebook downloads per day. I think that’s more than enough for an average daily reading routine. Great resource on how to get your free ebooks

Makeuseof.com has done a great job of getting up a list of sites which you can do your search on some free ebooks that you’re looking for. Through this nice and concise list, you’ll get to know a bunch of sites which provides you the information on either searching for free downloadable pdf ebooks to places where ebooks are available to be downloaded on the go. On top of all that, Makeuseof has also done reviews on each of the link provided in their site, so that you’ll have some basic idea on what to do and what you can achieve on some of the sites. Some of the topics covered include free ebook search engines, free ebooks for your handheld devices, tech ebooks and many more.

However, before you jump over to Makeuseof.com, I have to say that one of the site covered in their site, namely PDFGeni.com is probably one of the easiest free PDF ebook search engine I’ve ever used. Type in your keyword and a list of direct links of downloadable ebooks in PDF format will be provided right in front of you. It couldn’t be any simpler. There are 2 other similar PDF search engine mentioned in Makeuseof.com, so make sure you check all 3 of them.
